I was looking for a move in cleaning service. Other quotes were very high (in the 600-700 range), and being short on cash, I went with the company who are offered the cheapest rate. Mistake.
Sherry and her team were very pleasant and polite, and the cleaners arrived on time. It was downhill from there.
The products they used left a cloudy film over everything. The house smelled of bleach, but nothing was really clean. Our bathtub still had stains, the toilet looked like they bypassed it completely, there were cobwebs on our ceilings, the fridge was still dirty... the list goes on.
We had to clean the house ourselves after paying this company to do the work.
The worst part was when Sherry called to follow up, I told her I was disappointed and instead of asking how she could remedy the situation or offering to come back, an apathetic excuse was made and left at that.
I will not be recommending this company to anyone else, nor using their services again.
