Shaheem and his partner were very professional and informative. Shaheem took before and after pictures (since it was up in the attic) and informed us that the unit that they were replacing were absolute. We trusted him and his partner to do the best possible fix when old technology meet new technology. Only time will tell if the job they did is the best solution. Overall we were very pleased by their courtesy. They took care to wear protective coverlets on their shoes and cleaned up before they left. A pleasure to work with.
