Very pleased with the service Saheem provided - came promptly, did the work quickly and professionally. Returned to complete connections after counter installed. The second time I have used this firm and am completely satisfied and happy to recommend to anyone.

We hired Shaheem to provide and install the services for cameras, alarm system, and surround sound. Everything was working okay until we switched internet carriers. We have not been able to use any of the products that Shaheem installed. He did not answer our calls therefore we are not able to use any of the products. We did originally recommend him for another job, but would never do that again. He switched the name of the companies, phone numbers and will never pick up the phone. We have a huge job again and we will not be calling him. I will use a larger company and have a warranty.
PLEASE do not use this company.

Shaheem and his partner were very professional and informative. Shaheem took before and after pictures (since it was up in the attic) and informed us that the unit that they were replacing were absolute. We trusted him and his partner to do the best possible fix when old technology meet new technology. Only time will tell if the job they did is the best solution. Overall we were very pleased by their courtesy. They took care to wear protective coverlets on their shoes and cleaned up before they left. A pleasure to work with.

I’ve hired Shaheem and his team for both my home and office projects over the past three years. Each time they’ve done an outstanding job. Shaheem knows technology and advises on well priced hardware and software solutions. We had home theatre / Sonos / Ring / and automated heating installed for our home Reno. And in our downtown office they installed cost effective / easy to use AV equipment and TVs throughout. When we have had questions post install - he’s always available!!

Shaheem is intelligent and personable. He was very available to provide a quote and response to messaging. And when he came to do the job, he actually suggested a way of having it done without the electrical wiring we had expected, saving me a lot of money.

The company was very flexible with timing and accommodated my need to do the work in the evening. Vishal was very careful with everything he did, making sure floors don’t get scratched, etc. He left everything in the work area clean and was very patient and polite.
