I first met Brett in the parking lot of a home renovation store. Very approachable and helpful right from the start. I received four quotes for my roof from reputable roofing companies including New Space. Brett was very competitive on pricing but was also the owner of the company so you knew that the quote was not only accurate but that he would always be in close communication with the workers on the job when not on site himself. Brett walked the roof with me to highlight venting improvements he would recommend and that I agreed with. Brett's crew came when he said they would (apart from a one day delay due to a big wind - good to know safety is important to him too!) and were fast and efficient. Really pleased with a great job at a great price and done when he said it would happen. Highly recommend Brett and New Space!
