I will not recommend this company to anyone. This builder is unserious, unreliable and was 6 months behind the possession date.I accumulated more than 4k in bank interest as a result. At possession, we noticed that he did the bare minimum and there was lots of deficiencies. The entrance stair case is hanging and not on ground, this builder sees nothing wrong with it. I had to buy dirt to cover the foundation. My lawyer and I were frustrated because of the builders inconsistencies. And of course, the contract favoured him the most. I realized that the words were phrased on purpose. Do not use this builder if your time, money and quality of work is important to you. This builder will waste your time, disrespect you and will be unapologetic about it.
