Wonderful Darla! I love story time haha. We're so happy you reached out to us and we got you all worked out. You have a very lovely home and the recent reno to family room really deserved to have a functioning home theatre that you could feel happy about. It's a shame the original outfit couldn't deliver on that, but I also can't say we are that surprised. We see this kind of thing a lot from other companies.
