We found Pegasus on Homestar’s and engaged Cliff and his team to underpin the basement of a 90+ year old, downtown house. It was a complex project as it called for 3 feet of additional depth to be added and the removal of all interior walls. The basement space was approximately 1,800 sq. ft. The project was not without challenge. Despite the issues, Cliff’s knowledge and approach were flawless. He was able to adjust accordingly and offer proactive solutions and advice. Cliff was also able to refer excellent supporting teams, HVAC, Plumbing & Structural Engineering. The project did take longer than planned, to no fault of Cliff. Throughout the process, Cliff was always communicating with the project manager and homeowner. Cliff went above and beyond on this project. It was a pleasure to work with him. So much so, his team was engaged to complete the interior framing and we’re hoping he’ll accept the finishing job too. We would highly recommend Cliff and the Pegasus team.
