I was very disappointed by this company’s arrogance, and misleading behaviour. I had to replace my garage door torsion springs. I called and told them the size of the springs, and they said they had them in stock. I asked Richard in advance if he could provide a warranty, and he agreed. When they came, the springs were not the same that they told me they would bring. Without telling me beforehand, he now said that factory does not produce those springs anymore. I checked. This was not true .
Under pressure, I had to decide what to do then and there. Expecting the full warranty he promised me, I decided to let them work. They rushed through the job and they were not careful. When they finished, I asked them to provide the paperwork, so that I could have the warranty and proof of payment. Richard told me that he doesn’t work with papers. He told me he only works with cash and does not keep anything in writing. I told him that he must keep records to be a legitimate company, and I insisted that he provide me with papers. Hesitantly, he agreed to provide an invoice, but only if I paid more than the “all-in” price he promised me, since now GST would apply. Then, I asked him for the warranty and he told me not to worry, and that I had full warranty for the door. I had to ask for written confirmation again, and it turned out that the warranty was not as full as he had promised.
They did not apologize for misleading me either. Instead, they were very arrogant and showed that they don’t care whether their customers are satisfied or not. I do not trust this company anymore and I would not recommend them to anybody. Please stay away from them.
