I was impressed with both the work and the customer service. Craig did an excellent job of communicating the 'what' and 'why' of his recommendations. He took care of all the details and informed me on the latest safety codes. It is very reassuring to find a company I can trust. I will definitely let my friends know about this company.

I get these guys to clean my couches and rug every year. They always are friendly, prompt, and do a great job. I would strongly recommend them for their home services.

We hadn't had our furnace ducts cleaned for several years and new look came out probably with multiple promotions and kind Professional Service. They did the job right which we couldn't say for the previous company that did it. Half of our very complicated ductwork was still full of garbage from years and owners past. Though it cost more than we expected it was done very well. We're even considering them for a furnace replacement in the coming years.

We talked about having the Hotwater on Demand for while, we called New Look Home Services, they came within the week to give a quote and to make sure our gas line could accommodate the new Hotwater Tank, we booked right away, they called woth an installation date and time and they were here on time, they made sure that our family dog didn't get outside! Thank tou for the extra attention. They cleaned up after they were done, it was like they were mever there! We love our new Hotwater on Demand tank. I would highly recommend New Look Home Services.

The team - Justin & Chad - showed up when expected; worked quickly & effectively; were respectful & professional, and patient with skittish cats.

We appreciated the quick & efficient service done by Jon & Chad. They were polite and respectful. Jon had to make a modification to attach to our furnace and did it no problem. We had 2 other duct cleaning crews in and they said they couldn’t do it & left. We will recommend & use New Look again!
