I was really impressed with how clean they kept everything while working. Two very nice young men came and did a great job and a very thorough job in cleaning out our ducts. The cost was very reasonable for the time that they spent here and all the work that they did. Anything that they had to move they put back when they were done all the vents were put back on and anything moved was put back. Very professional I would highly recommend them I would give them a 10 out of 10.

Jon serviced my gas fire place and it looks like new.
I would recommend him because he not only cleans it, he makes sure the gas readings are proper and that there are no gas leaks. He's professional and is thorough in his service. Invoice # 72535

Jon and Chad arrived within the time that was specified to clean the dryer duct. Chad used professional truck equipment to vacuum from the outside vent, and Jon cleaned from the dryer side. I didn't know if the previous owners had ever cleaned the vent so there was a lot of buildup which was thoroughly cleaned. Jon replaced the dryer coil and even took off the dryer back panel to vacuum that. They provided great service!

Craig did just as he said he would, came when he said he would. Came to work on gas fireplaces, but due to broken glass, couldn't, so he did a furnace service for the same price.

Developed a leak in my old water tank. Called New Look, as we usually do, and they not only replaced it within 24 hrs at a very good price, they also took the old one away. They also did so with out any mess, or disruption of our household. They were professional to a T and we would certainly recommend their services for any Plumbing/Heating issues.
