Ferma Contracting Company

We decided to retain a professional painter for the top floor and stairway/hallway "face-lift" and one of the companies we requested quotes from was Ferma Contracting. Fred responded promptly, acted courteous and professional and the whole estimate process was fast. His price was good and the ironing of the contractual wrinkles was seamless. He also helped in spray-painting over 1,000 lin. ft. of baseboard, trim and shoe moulding, for which he gave us a fair and reasonable price.

Fred was flexible in scheduling the work (asked for a one week notice) and once the work was scheduled, he was always punctual. The work was done professionally and at the expected quality. Fred and his helper were very polite, quiet, non-intrusive and efficient (finished the job in three days). We have not yet worked with a contractor to have Fred's attention to details and it is obvious he takes great pride in his work. We would definitely consider hiring him again and recommend him to family and friends.

Fred did an excellent job painting the coffered ceiling, walls and trim in our family room. He even worked over the weekend to keep our renovation on schedule. He is professional, friendly and takes pride in his work - I highly recommend Ferma Contracting.

I had two bedrooms that needed painting. My two busy boys had been very hard on these rooms over the years . There were holes, chips in the plaster and some very dark colours to be covered.
Fred did a great job and the rooms are pristine. They are a lovely light grey and look like new construction.
The painter was quiet, non intrusive and efficient.
I will definitely use this service again and recommend it to others.
