We moved into a San Rufo custom home two years ago and liked it so much that we asked John (CEO) to build us another custom home in a location more desirable for us. He and his company of terrific staff, trades and sub-trades did just that. We moved in a month ago and are completely happy with our decision.
Throughout the processes of functional planning, building, finishing and move-in, the communication, decision-making, and followup with each and every San Rufo staff member was clear, open, and honest. We found each (John, Ashley, Heather, Bob, Danny, Devyn...) a pleasure to work with. San Rufo provided us with important ideas that made the design better, the final interior touches better, and functionally what we asked for.
Our home was delivered on time, on our budget and to our specifications. Throughout the 15 months of planning and build, communications were exemplary and the foundation of a solid builder/buyer relationship. We have no hesitation in recommending San Rufo!
