When getting your three quotes, be sure to include Brooks. It was time to retire my oil fired furnace in favour of a greener heat pump/propane system. After working with two other suppliers I called Brooks. Peter, from sales, was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and spent the time to truly evaluate what I needed. Upon install (which took two days) Chris and company did a fine job reworking the duct work and making the install literally a work of art. Very happy and already saving money. And yes, the system qualified for the Home Energy rebate.

145 dollars to tell me rusted tank needed replacing and 1800 for a 40 gal gas replacement plus tax .seemed about much over 2000 my mistake I don't know

We signed up for the twice yearly maintenance program and so glad we did. An issue with our AC turned up and Brooks was there to diagnose and deal with it within days!

The staff are always polite, professional and ready to go that extra mile from Fran reminding us that our check ups are due to the technician who comes to the house.

Had our air ducts cleaned by Brooks. Booking was easy, the tech was awesome and friendly, cleaned the area, couldn’t tell he was there after! He even helped us figure out why my sons room was getting such poor air circulation. Would definitely use them again and recommend!

Andrew from Brooks was a professional, competent technician. He worked efficiently installing our Whole home Aprilaire humidifier to the furnace.
