Ordered grass and 1 gallon of glue. The delivery company said that the drop off would be delayed by 5 days as they are missing some of the order. I notified Jason via email.. no response.. the delivery came without the glue. Not ideal as my wife is pregnant and I was hoping to complete the project before the birth. The delivery company advised the only received the grass and not the glue. Once again emailed Jason.. no response.. I called their general number on Thursday.. the lady advised that I would hear back by the weekend.. no response... tried to call them today... no answer and the voicemail box is full.
Very unhappy. Especially after paying $150 for delivery. Now I am stuck with grass and no glue. Also the baby came hurray!!.. project is now stuck due to SGC tardiness.
