In my view the sign of a great company is one that looks after its customers even after the project is done and the bill has been paid. I had Michael's kitchen install my new kitchen in June of 2019. The kitchen looks beautiful and the installation went well. At the time I was told they would come back to do touch ups to my cabinets post reno, and I also asked for an adjustment to two cabinet doors that were not closing properly. I emailed and texted multiple times. Sometimes I get no response. On other occasions I have been told someone would get back to me next week when they aren't so busy. Recently I was given a time and day for the visit, a Wednesday morning. No one showed, and no one called to say they were not going to make it.
I wish I could give this company five stars. I do love my kitchen and I enjoyed working with Robert and Frank. But so far, the post installation service has been zero.
