This company did not come to the property when scheduled repeatedly. When they eventually showed up they couldn't do the work because they didn't have a ladder. Then they didn't show up again because they still didn't have a ladder. Not sure what's going on there. Nice guys though - when you can reach them.

We appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration. We do have to say that we did the majority of the items promptly. We ran into an issue once we set up our ladder and realized it wasn't safe. We postponed the job until we found another solution. Not only did we find the solution we did the job at our own expense and rented the equipment needed to do the job.
We were harrassed by people living in the project but still kept our word and finished the job for you.
Once completed we didn't bother you for the money and waited months for our cheque.There was no issue with the price or the quality of the job so we do not agree with this evaluation.
