Wintronic Computers Plus

I have purchased products here a number of times with the commitment by the staff to provide paid support. I even paid more for the same product at the big box stores because of the availability of paid support. New management has now reneged on any commitments for paid support. Very very disappointing since they used to be a dependable service provider for products purchased at the store and were very customer friendly company, but now they are NOT! I would not recommend purchasing products here again.
