Smart Finishes

Me and my wife hired Lukas (Smart Finishes) to paint a nursery before arrival of our little one. Blue accent wall and beige walls. Lukas convinced us to paint trims and closet doors as they were painted few years back. The job took 2 days as planned. They covered all floor with paper as walls needed some repairs which involved sanding. He used eco friendly paint and the smell wasn’t to bad and lasted only few days. I’m very happy with final result and recommend Smart Finishes to anyone.

I went with Lukas to do a plaster and paint job in my 2 newly renovated washrooms and I couldn’t be more happy. He was referred to me by one of my clients. He’s a great professional to work with. Worked very efficiently and coordinated with other trades very well. He answered emails very quickly and finished his job on time. About the job itself. The walls are deficiency free and all the lines are so straight and crisp. Quality 10 out of 10. He wasn’t the cheapest option (still pretty reasonable) but you get what you pay for I guess. I have used Smart Finishes two times now to paint the interior of my house. Lukas (the owner) is a great guy that delivers what is promised. Their work is beyond expectations. Lukas and his helper were punctual, spent the time to prepare walls for painting (filling and sanding) and were finished in a pretty reasonable time. Previously they had painted nearly 1000 sq ft basement and just recently two bedroom upstairs. I wanted them to paint walls only but Lukas convinced me to paint doors and trims. It makes sense. Rooms are looking fantastic now. Thank you guys. Looking forward to seeing you in spring again.

That company was a pleasure to work with from very beginning to finish. I had a professional estimate sent to my email the same day Lukas visited our place. 2 weeks later painters came as scheduled and from beginning it was a great experience. Very thoughtful and polIte. I was surprised how detail oriented those guys were. Even barely noticeable imperfections were taken care of and the end result was just spectacular. We had a brand new walls again. During the project I had few concerns which were addressed next day. Overall I'm very happy and I highly recommend them.

Smart Finishes was very efficient and precise.  I had a great communication throughout the process with Lucas which is not always a case with many other trades. Lucas and his helper Richar painted my walls and trims  off white color breathing new life into my space.  The condo looks fantastic now. I must admit that the quote we received from Smart Finishes wasn't the cheapest one. Nevertheless, we decided to hire them... Absolutely no regrets! Working with Lukas has been an absolute joy and pleasure. Service of high quality. His amazing attention to details turned our home into great living space. We've been hearing lots of compliments from our friends lately on the job. The project itself was pretty complicated. We decided to go with black high gloss doors and white trims and walls. After 2 weeks when we came back from our cottage me and my husband were blown away by how good our place looked. It turned out fabulous! We couldn't be more happy! Thank you Lucas and Smart Finishes. I've used Smart Finishes in the past on numerous occasions and I'm really pleased with the work on my newly build house this time. Very thorough and professional. I was explained all details prior to getting started. Lucas is a meticulous guy and I must admit his attitude toward work is very impressive. Clean, professional and focused on the job. After the work was done, there were few deficiencies in the master bathroom. Gave him a call and in few days he came in to fix it (even though final payment had already been made). We had Smart Finishes recommended to us by our general contractor and were're extremely happy with their service. Lucas responded to our emails quickly and was always there. Quote he emailed us was professional and included not only the price but also scope of work, brands of paint they use and time of completion. Very convenient to follow and as a reference. Job itself went smoothly. They used protective paper to cover our new floors. They did a fantastic job, especially on spraying trims and doors. They look truly amazing. We are very happy with the renovation, even though we had some issues with other trades.

Super nice job on painting my living room and hallway. We had problems with cracks on the walls and plastered crown moldings since the house was built a year ago and still shifts. Lucas fixed all major areas with mesh tape. Every spot was plastered. He'd spent entire 2 days only on preparation before he even touched the paint. Overall we are very happy with the outcome. I can't even say where the repairs where made. You wouldn't tell. Lucas is very meticulous and professional. Will hire him again and recommend to others.
