Cody and Leanne were fabulous, easy to talk to and most importantly easy to trust!! Their attention to detail was remarkable, but above all their service was off the charts! We would highly recommend The Urban Palette to anyone because they delivered everything they promised and more. They came to work everyday, ready and wanting to work which made our project that much easier. It’s hard to find good people but after spending 5 minutes with them you will discover that they are nothing short of the best. We were referred to Urban Palette by our interior designer as we were desperately seeking a good company to paint our entire house. We knew immediately after meeting with Cody and Leanne that we were in good hands. Cody and Leanne are professional, courteous and quick in their follow up. They were patient and ensured all our questions were answered. Once work began the crew showed up at the agreed upon time every day, paid close attention to detail and ensured that nothing was missed. All holes were patched and all walls, trim and ceilings were painted to perfection with the best quality paint and materials. Daily walk throughs were done to ensure that we were pleased. The crew cleaned up daily and made sure nothing was left in our way. I cannot rave enough about the quality of their work. Cody and Leanne were also kind enough to help us organize and set up for the demo of our old backsplash and the installation of our new one. We have completed several projects in the past with various trades and we can honestly say this was an amazing experience. Cody and Leanna thank you for all that you’ve done and for treating our home as if it were your own. You guys are truly incredible!

Cody and Leanne were so easy to work especially considering that our request for an outdoor custom mural wall was anything but typical. They presented multiple ideas and had great communication about timing (and any weather-related delays).

Urban Palette came highly recommended by my brother who had them paint his entire office space, and we were not disappointed by their work. From the beginning, Cody and Leanne were quick with communication and were very helpful with the entire paint colour process. The work was excellent and very fast. They were able to get everything done in a quick timeline, which was amazing. We would definitely use them again!

They did a great job painting our home. They went above and beyond repairing the drywall prior to painting. Clean up was also very good.

I contacted The Urban Palette Inc fora quote. Leanne set up the appointment for Cody to come out to give a quote. He gave me a quote and told me he and his team of 4 others would have the work done in a day.

The team arrive early the day the work was to begin to cover all our furniture with plastic. The process was all very seamless and extremely organized.

The prep work/sanding was was very well done. There were several details and different areas of the house to repaint. The job was perfect, and exceeded my expectation.

I will definitely be recommending The Urban Palette to others.

We had our full house painted. This included family, living, kitchen, dining, main hallways, upstair landing and ceilings in master bedroom, kitchen and all bathrooms. From the initial house review, the quote, selecting the colours, deciding on start date and the completion there was nothing short of plenty of professional conversations. Never once were we told “no”. The team is so accommodating and helpful. They are perfectionist too. This company truly takes a lot pride in what they deliver to their customers. Looking forward to future projects with them.

These guys are perfectionists! Not a drop of paint out of place and every single crack and hole in our walls (of which there were many) were carefully filled and repaired. The entire condo was carefully painted (ceiling, trim, walls, doors) and it now looks brand new. They also did a great job during our initial consultation helping me pick the perfect paint colours. Leanne and Cody are great - they did an incredible job painting our empty new townhouse before we moved in. They first helped us selecting colors and were able to book the service in a short period of time. The house was ready in a couple of days and we liked it so much, that a few weeks later we hired them again to work on our basement.
Wonderful value for your money, super clean, friendly, fast service. Totally recommended!
