A friend referred us to JKS Windows when we were looking to do our patio doors. Shirley was very informative and quick to respond. She told me we could also update our front doors by only replacing the inserts. The front doors now look amazing and took less than 2 hrs to finish. Our doors were also not closing properly so Ming helped fix it. Our patio doors took much longer (around 7-8hrs). Ming wanted to make sure it was done properly and took great care in ensuring the doors were installed well. I think they are a new business so there are some logistics that could be refined. For example, I think it would be helpful for JKS to provide the different types of patio doors available. I did my own research and had to inquire about the styles I was considering. They are new so I think these things are minor. Overall we are very happy with the quality of the work and the price is very reasonable. We would definitely recommend to others.
