The technician, Yuri, was knowledgeable and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately one of the parts I needed had to be ordered which caused some delay but once it arrived my refrigerator was quickly fixed. He followed all safety protocols and was organized and was careful with my appliance and hardwood floors.

Problem with incomplete closure of lower freezer drawer, resulting in recurrent alarming. Prompt review by technician Oleg, who arrived on time and explained matters well. His interventions succeeded -- no more alarming -- and he proposed phoning us in 10 days to see if the problem has recurred. He also discussed routine change of fluid filter, of which I was unaware, and offered to order the necessary items and return, to instruct me on filter maintenance.
Entirely satisfactory. I shall call them again as needed in future.

It appeared as though our freezer, bottom of fridge, was leaking. The technician quickly deciphered the issue as an ice build up and blocked de-frost plug. He thawed the ice on the bottom of the freezer and fixed the plug issue.

The serviceman was rough, impolite and aggressive in my own house and made me (even as a guy) quite uncomfortable. I kept my phone close in case I had to call for help. He came stayed five minutes, told me that the repair would cost over $1200 and that I should have never bought an induction stove. He charged me $85 for the evaluation. I paid quickly to have him leave the house as quickly as possible. He left without leaving his name, a receipt or even a business card, even though I asked.

The service was unprofessional and the experience quite unpleasant.

Great attention to detail. They made sure to check the dishwasher was level before they left and that was for service on an existing unit, not a new one. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I was very pleased with the quality of service provided by Yuri. The difficulty with my stove was assessed, the part was ordered and installed with efficiency. Yuri performed the tasks in a friendly, competent manner. Yuri even set the clock on the stove, a clock whose operations had been mystifying me. oven hinge broken before Thanksgiving. Yuri assessed the problem, ordering hinges and replaced them in time for Thanksgiving. Service was great. Would highly recommend them. Yuri was professional and came on time for both visits.

Our clothes dryer is attached to the top of the washing machine in what was essentially a very narrow closet. Our repairman had to spend a lot of time and an exhausting amount of energy to pull the appliances into a position where he could examine the dryer and find out why it had stopped working. After removing several large parts he determined that a pulley had broken and needed replacing. He returned three days later with a replacement pulley which he installed and then replaced all the parts he had removed. He worked quickly but carefully and finished the job. Pushing the appliances back into place also required a lot of physical effort.
We were impressed by his knowledge and ability.

Their technician came for inspection at an agreed cost of $100, while looking took out garbage from drain pipe, spending few minutes, demanded $280. When protested he called a lady and they spoke in a foreign language. She threatened to send my file to recovery. Her tone was highly disrespectful and unprofessional. Feeling being fleeced.
