Capital Appliance Repair

Our washer quit working. Called Capital Appliance Repait. A service call was scheduled and performed in 24 hours. Unfortunately the diagnostic concluded that it was not worth repairing - recommendation get new washer.

I called on a Sunday night due to my dryer not working properly, they had someone out to my house by Tuesday which was amazing as I live in rural Eastern Ontario and so close to the holidays.

The tEchnician did a great job, because he was quick, pleasant and neat. Even taught me a few lessons in keeping appliance working at peak efficiency. Would use company again.

Great service. Our Technician (Sergei) arrived on time and promptly traced the problem leak with our Samsung laundry washer. Special order replacement hose part arrived week later. CAR tracked order and scheduled follow up service. Sergei completed repair / installation in polite and professional manner. Appreciate his assurances we could safely continue using washer until repair part arrived.

The parts required to fix the stove have been discontinued, much to our dismay. However, the repair technician was able to give us great advice which gives me lots of trust in this company.

Late on a Thursday evening our fridge water door starting flapping and the lights flashing. We emptied the fridge and called Capital Appliance Repair the next morning. They fit us in their busy schedule. Yuri arrived at schedule appt. time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Sadly, a new board required. Good news, there was one available in Toronto. Order was put in and tonight Yuri came back, installed the new board and our fridge is working again. Perhaps an expensive repair, but cheaper than a new fridge and on an fridge that will most likely last much longer. Yuri was friendly, helpful and professional. I hope we don't have to call again but if we do I won't hesitate and will ask for Yuri.

The service man was very polite ,professional, quick . He was here twice ,because of time waiting for some parts, which have to be ordered. We are very happy with his work, and definitely we would call your service men again and recommended to everyone.

First class service. When I called the very pleasant receptionist she was able to book me in a couple of days. The repairman was masked and very courteous. Capital Appliances scheduled an appointment for the day after I called. Two techs arrived on time, identified the problem with the dishwasher and gave me good advice on dealing with the manufacture and its warranty. Both techs were polite and pleasant.
