Capital Appliance Repair

We have a 5 year old Kenmore elite dishwasher that is made by Bosch. Roughly a month ago it started making grinding noises. After checking the drainage, the filter system, and cleaning the unit, the noises continued. Contacted Capital Appliance Repair and a diagnostic was scheduled for the next day. The diagnostic determined that the circulation pump failed and since the cost of the part along with labour was less than replacing the unit with a similar new model, we opted for repair. It took two attempts to fix as the fresh out of the box part they received from their supplier before Easter weekend was faulty. Another replacement part was available right after the Easter weekend and that pump worked. The techs were prompt, courteous, attentive and professional. I have no hesitation about recommending this company.
