Called on Dec.22.2022 for a simple oven element replacement, came by only on Dec.24th to take only a picture, told part and install on Dec.27, but dont show up and told then they would call supplier only next day, why waste time like this and opposite to what originally told, I could have had it all done same day with another company. Sinful.

We understand delays can be frustrating and we do apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately due to the supplier being closed, we were unable to perform the repair for you on December 27th. We do understand that waiting for the part is frustrating, however it is out of our control. In the end the part did arrive and we were happy to successfully complete the repair for you.
