I regret to leave a bad review, however, this situation warrants it.

We hired Fabial to paint our entire house with the expectation of professionalism by referral. Unfortunately, the end result of our experience was disappointment and lack of accountability. Firstly, the caliber of his work was to not our expectations and upon respectufully communicating this to him, our concerns were not acknowledged in entirety or addressed upon completion of the project. For example, when we requested he return to complete unfinished work, he agreed to return, but never showed up on the agreed time/date and did not respond to follow up calls or texts sent.

Secondly, there was a level of confirmed dishonesty that was not appreciated. This was the final straw and the reason for this review.

Fabial was cheerful, quick, and thorough! He cut an opening for a new door, framed it, and even found a beautiful oak step-down at a discount for me.
