Awful customer service. Promised professional service and ended up sending a worker who had no experience on the job. Ruined my backyard and did not take responsibility or even apologise for the damage. Gate still is not working properly and the owner of the company blamed us for the damage rather than following through with the (signed) warranty. Absolutely awful and shameful. We are still protected by the warranty but would rather pay someone else who is trustworthy and competent to do the job. Stay away!
