Pro Climate

We are extremely thankful for everything that the Pro Climate Team did for us during a cold snap last week, when we encountered a carbon monoxide issue, due to a malfunctioning heat exchanger in our old furnace!

It was a real pleasure dealing with all the members of the Team who got involved with our project, as each and every one of them was excellent at what they are doing.

The Team's response was immediate and effective.

It was excellent to deal with Arman, who was very kind and offered a fantastic price for the purchase of our new equipment.

It was also excellent to deal with the knowledgeable and courteous crew, who undertook the installation (Mehrdad/Sam, Ali). They performed a fast and elegant installation with high workmanship standards, professionalism, attention to detail, cleanness and consideration.
They removed the old furnace, installed a more efficient new one, replaced the old (black) exhaust pipe by a new one (white) and introduced a separate intake pipe (white) for better furnace performance. In addition, they replaced the humidifier line with a new one and improved the draining system.
Finally, at the end of a long and tiring day, they took the time to thoroughly clean up the work area and take with them all the old equipment, containers and old tubing parts.

Needless to say, we are happy to highly recommend Pro Climate to anyone who needs HVAC equipment installation or repair, as we believe that they will get an exceptional level of service at a very competitive price.
