Wa1s recommended to me by a contractor installing tiles in a my rental unit. This was a rush job so I did not get a chance to look around for plumber's and trusted the recommendation from the tiling contractor. It ended up being quite an extensive job and was advised by Bobby that I needed to replace the bathtub, shower, shower fixtures and faucets. He did complete the job and was paid $3,277.00 which I thought was quite expensive. Less than 2 weeks later my tenant advised me that when she was having a bath that the shower was also running at the same time and that the drainage was running slower than before the work was done. I subsequently called Bobby and explained the the situation to him, I was told that he was very busy and he didn't know when he would be able to come back he asked me to call him back in a week from now. I called him back a few days later and asked if he could please let me know when he would be available to come after receiving a message from my tenant. His response was... I am to busy, stop harassing me....I did not give you a written contract
and that I should look for another plumber. I told him that he was paid in full but the job was not satisfactory He was very rude and unprofessional
and refused to come back and check his work. I then had no choice but to call another plumber
and pay an additional $500.00 to correct Bobby's errors. After reading the above reviews and qualifications it's hard to believe this is the same person who treated a senior person so disrespectful and did not honor his verbal contract and guarantee.

In response to your comment you and I both know that what you have said above is not true.
You left me no choice but to contact another plumber since you stated in a text message I received "that you were paid in full, you completed your job and to find another plumber" and the minor problem that you are referring to cost me an additional $500. To correct your error.
I was very patient with you, I had to call you several times and you did now want to commit to coming back.
If you would have said when and if you were coming back I would not have had to look for someone else to fix your problem.
Also in your response you mentioned that I was extremely demanding and verbally abusive. That is completely not true. In fact I was very patient, very polite and extremely understanding with you.
You should have at least come back to check the problem and by no means did I threaten you in any way and in your own words as per your text msg you were paid and for me to find another plumber.
Also if you were deeply sorry you should have paid back the additional $500 to fix your problem.

It is unfortunate that you went about your way to find another Plumber, I repeatedly told you to be patient with me as I had no problem coming back to address the minor problem that had occurred.
However you were extremely demanding not to mention verbally abusive towards me, at this point I had asked you to please stop & again be patient that I would definetely come back asap.
You then repeatedly threatened me & suggested I don't come back to your house as you would find a better Plumber.
I'm deeply sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you or your tenant.
