Large renovations including Kitchen, Bathroom and showers
Long story short. I used these guys for a renovation project.
They claimed to be licensed and professional renovators. However this company do not know how to do any renovation work at all and do not hire professional subcontractors. Please see photos of tiles in my foyer, kitchen and laundry area. The tiles have bad lippage all over the floor. Top dollars paid, heart-breaking bad workmanship in return. Completely botched the job and now have to re-do almost everything.
The owner has a photo GC license on the dashboard visible from windshield of his pickup truck. But a search on the Internet reveals that his General contractor license is cancelled. Ontario college of trade website does not have any records of him.
