This guys was not thorough. Didnt inspect the roof or the foundation. Didnt check humidity in the walls. Didnt give good suggestions. Found it hard to understand what he was saying, he kept mumbling in his mouth.
Spent more time talking about irrelevant stuff than actually inspecting the house.
Wasted money.
