Jim and team did an excellent job with a complete bathroom makeover; converting existing bath tub into walk-in shower with seat, new tiles, new vanity, new toilet, exhaust fan and painting. Quality products and neat work. They also cleaned up very good after the project was done. We had few delays due to the existing lock down which created some discomfort in moving around the house. I would definitely hire Jim for our next project.

Service with high quality, professional, over and above expectations. Attention to details was excellent, great communication, managed surprises effectively such as delays due to supplies shortage during covid. Did everything to minimize dust during renovation. Ensured ventilation was corrected which was not setup properly before. Always accommodated additional requests, such as replacing fan in powder room. It was great working with Jim and Mo and their team of professionals.

My house was built 40 years ago, the draining system was very old.My basement sewer was blocked in Landry room. Couldn't do laundry. Recommended by friend who hired Jim in the past. Jim came with his worker did estimation and quote. And explained why my draining system need to be changed and how he would changed for future good use. He and his worker working for almost 5 hour to fix the blockage and replace and reinstall the system. Make the draining pipe much wider than old one, set up the water and air pipes which could make the new drainage work effectively that was out of our expectations. I thought that he just need to make my blockage go away. However, Jim said that he want to completely solve the sewer problem so that we can worry free. And the cost is reasonable and lower than market and others . I did my research before hiring him. And second day he made phone call to make sure everything works fine. Jim and his worker are very professional and modest. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and people who are looking for good plumber. He will never let you disappoint.

Excellent work! No compromise with the quality throughout. Pricing went a little more than quoted but the end product exceeded our expectations and his price was considerably lower than others in the market. Normal expected delays, but the contractor was more than accommodating once he knew of the urgency and finished the job right on time. His pricing is genuine and he delivers much more than expected. Our basement is legal and he did everything Inspectors asked him to do and the permit was signed off without any citations and without any delays. Jim was very professional and curteous and he always provided his honest opinion and provided all the alternatives to stay within budget. He provided mirrored laundry closet and shelving in storage space for free. JII guarantees their work for five years and they are coming true to their promise. He still attends to our calls and texts immediately and goes out of his way to fix any issues that arise after finishing, however small they may be. Overall very satisfied and happy with the end product.
