The left side of our driveway has sunken, and we have three porches that required lifted. Q, Hugo and Aaron came to do the work first thing in the morning as scheduled. This crew is friendly, explained what they would be doing and get to work immediately. All work was done within an hour and a half. The driveway is now levelled, and porches lifted. These fixes are excellent! Thanks to Q, Hugo and Aaron! Please keep up the good work.

This company went above and beyond to help my senior parents with the work they needed to have done on their garage. They were prompt, professional, courteous and incredibly hard workers. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done. Ryley and Connor were who did the work and they did an amazing job. Cant recommend them enough!

The company workmen James and Andrea was in the area fixing a neighbours drive way, I went over and ask them to have a look at my driveway and garage pad. They came over right away had a look, made a recomendation and prepared a quote. In about an hour they were at my place to do the work.
The job was completed to my satisfaction, they went pass their responsibilities, used their air compressor and cleaned out the garage. They were both very professional in helping me understand what they were doing. I highly recomend this company.

40 year home:
Sidewalk to front door had cracked all the way across and one side had dropped about half an inch they leveled that first
Very large void under part of the garage slab, by the house foundation, was filled and leveled
Hugo & Q were very good to work and talk with.
Not wanting but if we do have any more concrete problems will definitely call PolyLevel

Poly level was without doubt the right choice. From the sales team to the workers completing the job the company proved to be professional and pleasant to work with. Vincent was exceptional to deal with and quick to respond to any concerns. The concrete lift was controlled and finished exactly where it was promised. I value the attention to detail that they showed from start to finish! The holes they drilled to insert foam were only 3/8” and are not noticeable. The price they gave was fair and surprisingly very similar in price to mud jacking which is a far inferior method. I have recommended them to all my family and friends.

I hired Poly Level to seal and lift my drive pad in one location with a bit of a lip (edge). They lifted my pad too much which pushed up my decorative brick corner, which bend my aluminum siding. It had to argue with them to fix but they eventually hired a good contractor that fixed. But now I was getting water into my garage as they failed to lift the pads correctly. After many call-backs they managed to kind of fix that but now I get a puddle of water at the top (near my garage door), which used to drain off. I have had their Operation manager to my house many times. He does not know how to fix this issue and now he is ghosting me. I am done with this company. This was an awfully bad job. If you hire them be sure to watch everything they (especially the critical lift part as it can't be un-done) and do and don't pay until you get inspected or see how a good rain fall flows off the lifted pad.

I noticed a small problem after the company had completed their work. When I contacted them they said they would send someone to have a look, but no-one ever contacted me.
