We had a back-up in the basement and Yakov was quick to respond and promptly came over with his camera equipment to determine where the problems were. Yakov and Andrew were over for the next three days to do work and replace the pipes. They would always show up on time and did a full days of work. Yakov also took the time to explain how I could get a backwater valve rebate from the city. I would definitely recommended Aqua Team to neighbours and will use them for future jobs.

Both Andre and Yakov were great... we needed to have a sewage ejector and sump pump installed as part of digging out and underpinning our basement. They came out and checked out the work, then provided detailed quotes. Once we confirmed, they came out promptly and completed the job. They even followed up a few weeks later to see how everything was going and making sure we were satisfied. They reply very quickly and we will definitely be calling them again if we need to have plumbing work done.

I bought an old house but suddenly one day I detected a strong offensive smell in the basement. At that moment basement renovation was almost done. I called Yakov and Andrew and asked for help. When they came, they found that main sewage pipe was broken. On the next day, they change the pipe with care and caution. Their service included assessment, detection of the problem, inside and outside work, pipe change. All service was done timely, competently and professionally.
