Adrian was the third person I hired to come inspect our furnace area and solve a faint gas leak smell. He was the first person to take the leak seriously and had a plan for how to identify the source of the leak and fix it. Even when the leak was hard to find, he employed multiple strategies to isolate all of the places where gas was leaking (it turned out that the pipe had not been insulated properly and was leaking in many places), eventually replacing parts of our gas lines and running a whole new line from the city main. During this time he was respectful, friendly, transparent about his process, gave accurate and fair quotes for the work done, and was in general a pleasure to work with. My only complaint is that the bracketing of the new gas line at the front of our house was not done well and has already come away from the wall, though this is perhaps only 3% of the total work, and the rest was done very well and with great attention to detail.
