Rhys, Dusty and the rest of the guys did a wonderful job on our 2 bathrooms. Couldn't be happier with the service they provided and even did extra stuff outside of the job agreed on without asking for more money. Nice guys and very friendly - would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I hired Built to last to refresh a guest bedroom and provide better storage in it. Their crew was fantastic to work with and went above and beyond. They were communicative throughout the whole process, very professional at every turn and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. We contemplated a lot of contractors for our small renovation project for our laundry/mudroom. From day one, Rhys' communication was excellent, he always followed up promptly and always answered any questions. Rhys and his crew were always very friendly, flexible, and helpful from the planning stages to finishing touches. I am so happy I chose Built to Last. The owner and I were able to work within my budget and there was never say financial surprises. My home is a custom build and I have worked with a lot of people in the construction and home reno field. I know how it feels to be ripped off and what poor quality is and Built to Last is the best group of professionals I have hired to date. The owner provided great suggestions regarding materials to use that wouldn't outdate themselves. They even let my dogs out for me when I was running late! I have asked them to come back in the new year to help me with my second project.

My wife and I finally decided to move forward on finally finishing our basement and after spending hours on here (Homestars) and meeting with other companies we came across BTL. Right away Rhys called and setup a time to meet and go over the area, and to see what we wanted from the project. We both knew it was a great fit and that the project was a go!
