Problem: 1. Deck size dimensions made it difficult to fit furniture
2. Stairs took too much of the useful garden area

We are adding an addition onto the back entry way of our home which will be a "mudroom", laundry and storage area. We are also adding onto an existing kitchen area. Both additions will require a new roof line and extensive concrete/form work. We are also creating a new master bedroom from two existing rooms and changing the main living area of the house to add a new floor to ceiling wall and alcove for the existing wood stove. Arcee Design has worked with us extensively over the past two years and redone the original concept plans several times. We are very pleased with the existing plans and look forward to our new living areas.
