Needed a upgrade on my countertop .
Super friendly owner came right to our house and even came for install .. very quick turn around from quote to install . Installers very clean and friendly .

Shanon and her crew did a fantastic job from purchase , wich was site unseen to installation ,. Very professional drove from Oshawa to St Catharines 2 trips one for measurements and then install. Once I was ready was done in less than a week

Wanted to upgrade from standard laminate countertops to stone countertops in our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Found various vendors and contacted 7 of them and Elements of Stone was the most affordable and had good reviews.

So contacted them and Shannon, the business owner gave me a lot of information and we visited her at the warehouse and she showed us a lot of options. Decided to go forward and within one week of signing up, the guys arrived on site fully equipped and installed my counters.

Professional work, good customer service and no damages or mess.

Would reconsider them in future projects and would recommend them to other wanting to upgrade their counters. Worth it.

I wanted countertops asap as I moved into my house and took a week off. The week I took off was the only week I could be home to have them installed. I found this contact and spoke to a women by the name of Shannon who was so professional and helpful and got me exactly what I wanted in the matter of 2 days. I needed extra work done in order to replace my old ones and she also found a guy to to the separate work on budget. The crew was great, friendly and helpful and went the extra mile. The installation was quick, done right and with profection! can thank these ppl enough! I love my new home.

I am very satisfied with the service that I received. From helping me to choose the stone to the hardworking and professional installers. Both Shannon and Amam went beyond the norm in making sure I was satisfied. They even did a second remeasure after I made changes and guaranteed the same installation date. Couldn't complain about the price either, very reasonable. I would recommend Elements of Stone in a heartbeat and give them a 10/10 rating. I'll post pictures once my cupboard doors are installed. Sometimes they say "if it looks too good, it's not true, it's probably not"... this was an exception to the saying! I located an ad from Kijiji for $50/sqft including install and a free double sink and no hidden fees. This is exactly what I received and we even went and picked out the slab of granite.
Shannon offered such a personal buying experience from the beginning to end, always staying on top of the purchase and install that it felt more like a friend coming over for a visit when she dropped by during install to ensure everything was going smoothly.

I recommended this company to my neighbor who also purchased their counter and had theirs installed on the same day. We would both highly recommend them to any of our friends or family. Did I mention that it only took days between measuring and install... yes 3-4 days!

I just want to say I would recommend Shannon and her team to anyone. They were able to give me a decent quote and more importantly their turn around for installation was unbelievable, I was without a counter for almost a month because everyone was telling us 3 to 4 weeks waiting period, Shannon and her team came out sat of a long weekend to measure and started installation 3 days later. Their install looked fantastic. Worth every penny!!!

i hired this company to install quartz and granite counter tops in my kitchen, main bathroom and ensuite bathroom. Excellent quality from start to finish! So happy with the results!
