My first call to Lethbridge Elite Roofing was back in the summer of 2017. I was concerned about the condition of my roof, as I could see shingles missing from my neighbor’s garage and figured mine couldn’t be much better. Fortunately my roof wasn’t so dire, but Ruben gave me an approximate timeline of 12 months after showing me pictures, but explained that he could offer a competitive quote if completed repairs before March of 2018 (roughly 9-10 months).
We decided to use them for the repairs and take them up on their quote, and we’re glad we did. Ruben’s team was in and out very fast, and even with a weather delay they still rocked the removal of the old roof to get the dumpster moved in a timely fashion so I could continue using my garage while they finished their installation. Ruben and his team cleaned up their tools nightly, and were very courteous while working on our home. After the snow had melted, they even came back to magnet our lawn for stray nails (I never saw a single one), as well as blow away any asphalt from the old shingles after their repair. Ruben also included pictures of my under-roof material to show me that it all looked to be in good condition, and not in need of extra repairs, which was great for peace of mind. Our invoice came in EXACTLY what we were expecting, no hidden costs and no surprises.
Overall, the process was VERY quick and easy and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to friends or family. If you think you may need a roof in the next 1-3 years (or you’d really like to see Ruben’s ADORABLE Frenchie he takes with him on quotes) then you should call Lethbridge Elite Roofing. You won’t be disappointed.
