S&S Cleaning

Me and my girlfriend, a young couple, acquired the main floor of a home to rent and live in. This home however was left in an unfortunate state due to some hoarding and about a decade of neglect. We worked for several months to get out all of the old furniture, garbage, and pest remains. but didnt have the time or materials and needed a professional service to get the home to a manageable state.

We called S&S cleanings where the booking representative was extremely professional and courteous, and booked us an appointment less than a week later. The team showed up during the time window that was given to us, and did an incredible job on the house. They got the tile floors clean and sparkling new, the bathroom immaculate, the bedroom clean and fresh, removing scores of dust and debris from the home throughout. It was a very daunting job for us and we were amazed at the amount the team was able to complete in an approximately 3 hour window. They even fixed up the little metal grill on the bottom of the fridge that was falling off after they finished cleaning it!

We are incredibly grateful to S&S cleanings crews for getting a new couple set up in a home to be proud of, especially during these unique times. I would be happy to recommend this service to anybody who is looking for some help. Extremely impressed. Thank you so much.

I used S&S in Oct 2019 to help clean my mom's 2-bedroom condo (1,135 sf) which was in really, really bad shape because her husband had lived there by himself for about a year and a half and never cleaned it and wouldn't allow anyone to come in and clean it. So when he left, I decided to put the condo up for sale but I knew I had to do a major cleaning before listing it. I called several cleaning services. Some of them wouldn't even come out to look at the apartment, they would just give me a quote over the phone. I did not trust them to give me a quote without first looking at the place. When I called S&S Cleanings Sophie came to the property to look at it, we did a walk-through and I told her what I needed done and she wrote it down. SHe then sent me a quote for $400. On the day Other cleaner came over to clean, she arrived with 2 female workers to help her and it took them approx 7-8 hours to finish (seriously, that's how bad it was). When they were done, they called me over to see the place and it was SPOTLESS. I was so happy. Sophie and her crew were very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

I started using S&S Cleaning during the pandemic and they have been fantastic. I've used them for regular bi-monthly cleaning and for a one-off deep clean. Their staff are professional, thorough, and friendly. They always do a great job! And because they pay their staff well and give them good benefits, I know they'll call in sick if they're not feeling well. I might have to reschedule a cleaning to a few days later but I never have to worry that someone will come to my house when they're ill. Peace of mind and a beautifully clean house!

S&S cleaning service was pretty spectacular. The cleaner was really really good and the cleaner went through each and every room, bathroom and minute details of the house and made sure every nook and corner of the house is clean and perfect. The house looked brand new once again and Im so impressed by this S&S cleaning service that I will always use this service again. 10/10 stars for the cleaner for being so helpful and kind and accommodating. They also did the cleaning in very short notice of one day !!

I connected with Sophie and homestars and she was a lovely kind person. She was very responsive within a few mins of receiving my request. We were able to discuss the services required and she had an open time slot the same day which was perfect. The ladies that came to clean were lovely as well. Very respectful and polite and took the care necessary in my home. I am pleased and will def call again for my next deep cleaning.

We switched to S&S Cleaning Services over a year ago and the service has never
wavered, even in light of covid. We thought our prior service was acceptable, now can't believe
how much cleaner and fresher our offices are after our S&S Cleaning Services cleaners!

For me, a best cleaning team is a team who works with less supervision and who works on time. This team is the best for both. They work creatively and always come to my place on time. The team also treats me well and never even complain on some things. These are the reasons why I keep on coming to them and ask for their help.
