Happy Day!!. Steve is an enthusiastic knowledgeable technician. He is quick, tidy, and fixes other companies' sloppy work. He explains the problems and solutions so that a non-techie can understand. And he checks everything twice to make sure it works and the customer is actually getting what they're going to be paying for. He even directed me to check the internet speed on my computer while he was here. So thoughtful! My working and college grandson is ecstatic that he can do his online courses and videos and gaming so much easier. Actually, he couldn't join some of his friends before and now he can.
