3 1/2 hours after a crises call, Evgen was on our doorstep to save our fridge and freezer. Evgen was a professional through and through. He explained our problem, offered the best solution and cost, and fixed our electrical problem in 45 minutes. We appreciated his calls in advance alerting us to his ETA and actual arrival. He cleaned up the area and demonstrated what to look for to prevent other problems. A real PRO.

EUGEN ARRIVED ON TIME. HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE ORDERED THE PART TO BE REPLACED. HE INSTALLED THE PART WHEN IT ARRIVED. THE DRYER NOW WORKS LIKE NEW. PERFECT.

Evgen was great! He figured out that the circuit board was not working and advised it would be more cost effective to get a brand new dishwasher, rather then repairing. We really appreciated his efficiency, honesty and professionalism.

Emailed my request for service on a Sunday afternoon. Was called Sunday evening to book an appt. for Monday between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm. Maxime and G (training) arrived at 11:00 am, serviced the washing machine and did a full diagnostic. Called because it wouldn't drain properly, just plugged and they fixed it immediately but noticed it was leaking and checked the gasket which had 7 holes in it.
Booked to return with a part between 3:00 and 5:00 they got the part earlier, called an returned at 2:30 pm, done by 3:30. Polite, efficient, clean and excellent workers.

I am totally satisfied with their work and would recommend the company to others.

Evgeny arrived on schedule, which is most important. He and his helper repaired our freezer and went the extra mile doing routine and preventative maintenance.
