I was happy with the result. My carpeting had not been cleaned in over 15 years. The cleaner got spots and stains out that I was willing to live with. Job took about two hours to clean a 900 sf two-bedroom apartment

The light colours of my carpet and mid century furniture reflects the light in the limited space of my living room. The downside, you can see the dirt. Two carpets were picked up and cleaned offsite while we were vacationing, and Shawn took care of placing rugs that looked like new just where they belonged. Shawn hand-cleaned the mid-century sofa, loveseat, and chair plus and 2 armchairs and 2 dining chairs where hand cleaned, and then machine rinsed/wet vacuumed. Honestly just like new, and stains including a rust stain that I thought was permanent just disappeared. Shawn is warm and professional. When requesting a quote, they were very reasonably priced. I had 2 runner rugs picked up. They were cleaned and delivered as scheduled. Great service overall.

Our dogs BADLY stained our couch. We thought it would be best to dispose of them. We showed our couch images to Shawn and he told us he could help. The results are phenomenal. I cannot believe this is the same badly stained and muddy couch. Definitely use this service. It is worth it!

Shawn was great. We were getting our home ready to stage and list for sale and so many trades were coming through. After already making the trip here he suggested we delay cleaning to after all the work is done so that he can clean up after all the foot traffic. He came back and did a great job on the carpets and rugs. He’s super accommodating, professional and friendly.

Sean provided a clear and fair quote. He uses green cleaners. He made our furniture look brand new. I felt like I was watching a #cleantok video. Only wish I had taken a before picture to have as a side by side. He also cleaned a large area rug that now looks new again also. Great service, and Sean's a really friendly guy as well, which is important when you have someone into your home providing a service. Will definitely use New Age again.

Shaun was on time, very professional and did a great job. Our carpets had not been cleaned in a while and had been well used by our teenagers and dog. I was really impressed by how well they turned out - both wall to wall in a few rooms and an area rug.

Excellent work was done cleaning the Couch by the Serviceman. He also made recommendations on further cleaning of the floor under the couch. Would highly recommend they company to anyone needing this type of service.
