The day when the windows were changed, they ensured it was done properly and cleaned after each window change. A check was done on the windows once installed and even after the installation in a month or so I followed up on a few questions, very helpful and timely with responses and addressed my questions. I hire this company to replace some windows in my home. Most were retrofit not brick-to-brick. Windows looked good when installed but a couple of them didn't close easily. Now that the cold is here I have noticed condensation building on a couple of them. They don't seem as well insulated as advertised. The installers showed up a few hours late as well.

My front window warped and would not close. My expectation was that the entire window plus the 2 adjoining windows needed to be replaced. Vlad came to measure for the new install and told me he could repair the window for a quarter of the cost. He came back a week later for the repair and the window now works like new. Definitely a company you can trust!
