Sales fully explained in detail to us the whole process, benefits and options, timeline, he never pushed us, was acting like an independent consultant who works for us.
The installation crew in combination of 5 people came to install the windows and doors. They did an immaculate and clean job. All extras were done w/o questions. They never stopped, job was completed within one day. Next day sales stop by to check the job, nice customer service!

We understand that covid 19 has caused delays on many products being delayed, however , we could not be happier with the high level of customer service and the beautiful doors that Vlad and his team installed for us. Extremely satisfied with on start windows and doors, best quality and installation services. From the first visit to get a quote Vlad was very knowledgeable and helpful , he showed us examples, colours, type of glasses- we were very happy that he was able to answer all our questions and didn’t hesitate to explain everything in detail. My house was built in 1994 and although the windows were vingl I found the seals on some of the windows were going. My neighbour and I contacted Vlad at Onstar, as well as 3 other window/door companies. Vlad was professional, honest and gave good advise about what to go for. His price was also the best. We waited 3 months for the windows (delays due to Covid) and Vlad always answered my call when I wanted an update. The day of the install the installers were professional, clean, polite and did my house in one day which is what I had requested. I am so happy I chose Onstar Windows and Doors Inc and I have referred my friends to this company
