From my first interaction to the completion of project Vlad and his team were always informed, professional, punctual, and polite. Vlad was quick to come in for a quote, and explained the available options for the replacement of two large windows, and three small windows.

He was upfront about the price, what options were not worth the money, what he would recommend, and how long delivery of the windows would take.

He kept me informed about the production of the windows, and did not deviate from the installation window.

Vlad's team showed up exactly on time, they were clean, courteous and professional. They used cloths to protect the floors, took away all garbage and installed the beautiful new windows quickly and efficiently.

The new windows, spray foam insulation, and caulking exceeded our expectations. No drafts, no leaks, no problem.

On Star team did a great job on my basement. Came in and quoted, gave me a fair price, ordered my windows, installed in a single morning. No hassle and installation team was efficient, neat and precise. They carried away all the garbage and swept up. Highly recommend.

The door and framework looks beautiful. The installation was perfectly done, it looks amazing. Yan was the installer and he did an incredible job, my mom is so happy with how it looks. I had a superb experience with this company from the time I arranged the quote until the moment the last window was installed. The people in this company were professional, courteous, proficient and did a beautiful job with my windows. During installation they went above and beyond to fix a visible defect in my kitchen counter which was visible through the new window. This is a fantastic company and I can't recommend them more highly.

ON Star offered the best price and delivered what was requested on time. Installation took two days, as promised. Cleanup was done each day. The windows look good and already I notice a reduction in outside noise. We'll see if the energy efficiency holds up to the manufacturer's specs. In the spring I'll ask for a quote on the front entry door.
