From the first visit to get a quote Vlad was very knowledgeable and helpful , he showed us examples, colours, type of glasses- we were very happy that he was able to answer all our questions and didn’t hesitate to explain everything in detail. The installation day Boris came and again, was a very good experience, they went above and beyond to make sure our new windows were installed properly, Boris and his crew made sure our floors were covered and were very polite and professional- at the end we
