Paid deposit they never showed up
Had Alex from On star come out for an estimate he showed up did some measurements made some comments on not asking for the gov rebates “worst thing a homeowner could do”. He told us he’d give us a good cash deal and wrote up the quote. He asked for a 100.00 deposit which we said we’d discuss first then contact him. A few weeks later 2 guys from his shop showed up unannounced pounding on our front door quite loudly. We called the office to ask what was going on, this was apparently the final “measure” for the windows and now we had to pay the deposit of 100.00. I asked to have Alex call me back they said he would. About a week later he did call and I sent him the 100.00 in an email transfer. He stated they would be back to install at or near the end of July. July 14 I texted Alex as to when they will be coming he responded will get back to you ASAP don’t have that info yet. 2 more weeks go by and I text again about when they are coming, it’s now Aug 10 and I’ve heard nothing back. Don’t waste your time or money on this company - 100.00 lesson learned the hard way

Hello Chris! Rest assured that our agreement is still in force and the manufacturer has already confirmed that your windows are ready. The factory experienced a slight delay in production, so the windows were not ready by the end of July, but they are ready now and we can schedule your installation. You attempted to contact the salesman directly, but he may have been on vacation or away, so it’s always best to contact the office directly.
