worst company ever used. arrived hrs late, then I was told their special of $149 doesn't really do much " you're wasting your money" they tried to sell me something for $299, i was ready to tell them to remove their stuff and they started working. All they were using was a little hose blowing air into the ducts, in some cases, they didn't even remove the covers, they were bending my covers with their hose, one room their hose wouldn't reach and i was told they'd do it with something else and it wasn't done, they removed a screen from my window and i had to remind them to put it back, they removed a plate from my furnace that had screws, they tried to put it back with electricians tape until i told them, then they got some screws and threw the tape on my floor, and left it there, two days later i noticed they had removed the cover of my humidifier and i found it on the floor, they blew lint from my dryer and left a mess outside, their payment machine wasn't working, so he had told me that if i pay cash they would cover the tax, then he said that he only meant that if i got the $299 service, because their machine wasn't working and i only had $150, plus $13 in my pocket which was a little short, I said can i give you a cheque? he refused then i said i only have $163, he said rudely, " why should i put in the difference for you" I said because your machine is not working, not my fault!! any way, i could go on and on but won't. terrible people, some of the 1st reviews on this company must be fake.
