Bogdan was referred to us by a friend. He contacted us within days to come to discuss door options. Once reviewed he got back to us the same day with quotes, which did not change through the process. Bogdan helped us select the door style and materials at the factory. The door was manufactured and installed within the advised time frame. The installers were friendly, cleaned up all of the mess and the door was installed as expected with no issues. Our house is now very cozy and we couldn't be happier. Bogdan is a genuine and passionate person about his business. We originally wanted a double steel front door to match our garage door but insisted we come to the door factory to see other styles. We are so glad we did as we eliminated the double door entry and went with a 42" fiberglass front entry door with sidelight which matches our garage door. They even matched the color perfectly. All in all, very professional and patient and they will try to accommodate to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Pricing was also roughly 50% less than other quotes we received. I highly recommend Universe windows and doors.

When me and my husband decided to change our 15 year old windows a friend of mine suggested I call Bogdan. A few days later Bogdan came over to see our home. He was very punctual, professional and personable, but we still decided to call 2 other companies and compare pricing etc. After meeting with other companies and receiving the other quotes we decided to use Bogdan and his team. Last year my husband and I gutted and renovated an old Toronto home. On the - to do list were - new windows. When we replaced the windows it immediately changed and updated the look of our home. Bogdan recommended the best types of windows for each opening. For the front of the house we had more traditional retro-fit windows installed (see photo below) , these turned out beautifully. The windows are of great quality and are of great value. I would use this company again and would highly recommend!
