Considering how much they charge, the service was quite good. I don’t get all the negative reviews on the page. I was in touch with Thomas when I contacted them about the roofing. Had to have the entire roof replaced, so it was going to be extensive work. I had no problems with their service at all. They provide prompt service, their team, especially Thomas, is quite responsive, and they finished the work on time. They had a whole crew come in. I think it was seven people, and they made quick work of the roof replacement. I’d definitely work with them again.

My mom's roof is one of those old clunky sounding ones. As a gift to her, I had arranged a meeting with these people to see what would fit my mom's roof. They gave me a sample and I agreed to it. After a while they installed it and my mom was thrilled!

Me and my wife wanted to have this kind of roof for our first house. Luckily we got recommended to this company and so we contacted them. They helped us pick the color that would match the theme of the house and they installed it as scheduled.

My roof has been making these creaking noises as if they were flaking. I was worried so I contacted them to have my roof replaced. Their services are really fast and they've replaced my roof entirely! Highly recommended!

I need to replace the roof of my tool shed but I didn't have time to do so. I called Evolution Roofing, they qouted me a great price and I am pleasued with their work.

COMPLETE DISASTER! THEY DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE!!!!

I paid for upgraded shingles but they installed lower quality ones. They DID NOT replace plywood and flashing which CAUSED a leak in my roof damaging by ceiling drywall. I fixed the leak myself!! Called my lawyers but both addresses they use are a front. Whoever “Kelly” is I have no idea how she or any of the rude workers sleep at night ripping people off and causing them more problems.

The good:
Decent job. They arrived on time and on the agreed upon day with the agreed upon materials, mostly.

The team was fast and efficient. 10-12 workers onsite. They took little to no breaks and worked into the evening.

The bad:
Absolutely terrible communication. Texts after 10pm telling me they had to reschedule and was like pulling teeth to get a new date agreed on. Rarely answers the phone and voice-mail is routinely full. Just really annoying.

I saw a few pallets of lower grade shingles in the truck and never could tell if those specific ones made it on my roof. Same color, same manufacturer but different grade. I'm convinced there is a mix in my roof.

Warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. Window flashing was damaged during install and not replaced. Gutters improperly leveled and water overflows every time it rains. I told the foreman twice that I was concerned about this particular area during instal and he assured me that all was fine. It was not. Useless.

I was able to reach them once to arrange rework but appointment after appointment was canceled. Eventually, no replies on the phone or text at all. I was really disappointed and left with these flaws on my new roof.

Our neighbor used this company and they came highly recommended. But I would never use them again

Do not use this company for your roof or eaves
They did a lousy job ... needed repairs by someone else.
They do not answer phone.
Cost me more with after job repairs because of poor quality materials and workmen.

Evo Roofing will disappoint you. Several shingles fell off immediately but they don’t respond to my numerous request for repairs. I ended up paying someone else to patch the exposed areas. The new crew then told me that the cheapest material was used by Evolution Roofing. The salesman named Sky does not return texts, nor calls. Kelly, the person who answered the company phone, makes appointments but canceled all of them at the last minute. The workers do not speak English - not even “toilet” to use the washroom. Stay away from them! I am most disappointed with their substandard workmanship and lack of customer service after they took the money.

So to take my money the project manager Kelly came in 15 minutes. The work appears to be ok. Shingles not as flat after 4 months as other homes. Tons of nails found around the house. The main issue is she was to provide the warranty 2 weeks after to provide lifetime on the shingles. After 4 false offers to drop it off and ignoring all texts calls and emails for no reason is just horrible customer service. God forbid i need warranty work that will be ignored for sure. Do not recommend.
